• HYWAY TITANIKEL Stihl MS660 / 066 / MS650 cylinder kit 56 mm Big-Bore Pop-Up with base gasket - 1122 020 1211

HYWAY TITANIKEL 56 mm overbore cylinder kit with Pop-Up piston and cylinder base gasket for conversion of Stihl MS660, 066 and MS650 engines. The kit includes cylinder, piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips and gasket. OEM reference number: 1122 020 1211. This is not the standard 54 mm version.

  • This Stihl MS660 cylinder kit is a 56 mm HYWAY TITANIKEL overbore cylinder with a Pop-Up piston and a cylinder base gasket.

    The kit is intended for:

    Stihl 066
    Stihl MS650
    Stihl MS660
    Corresponding MS660 Magnum variants

    OEM reference number:

    1122 020 1211

    The kit includes:

    HYWAY TITANIKEL cylinder sleeve
    56 mm increased cylinder diameter
    Pop-Up piston
    Cylinder base gasket
    Big-Bore and Pop-Up design

Big-Bore means an increased cylinder diameter.

Pop-Up means a piston with a raised crown.

These are two distinct kit features.

The standard 066 and MS660 cylinder diameter is:

    54 mm

    This kit's diameter is:

    56 mm

Therefore this is an engine conversion to a larger cylinder diameter.

    Compatible models
    Stihl 066
    Stihl MS650
    Stihl MS660
    Corresponding MS660 Magnum variants

The OEM number indicates the part's application family, but does not mean the original 54 mm cylinder diameter is retained.

What is included in the kit
    56 mm TITANIKEL cylinder
    56 mm Pop-Up piston
    Piston rings
    Piston pin
    Circlips
    Cylinder base gasket

Use the cylinder and piston as a matched set.

A standard 54 mm piston does not fit this cylinder.

    Important for installation

    Before installation check:

    Piston crown clearances
    Cylinder sealing
    Compatibility of the intake system
    Condition of the crankshaft
    Condition of the bearings
    Any reused parts

The cylinder gasket included in the kit is part of the assembled unit.

It is not recommended to remove or alter it just to increase compression without checking piston clearances and engine geometry.
