     HYWAY TITANIKEL 52 mm cylinder and piston kit for Stihl MS461, MS461 R, Magnum and compatible GS461 models. Standard-design piston. Kit includes cylinder, piston, two rings, piston pin and retaining circlips. OEM equivalent: 1128 020 1250. 

  • This Stihl MS461 cylinder kit is a 52 mm HYWAY TITANIKEL cylinder with a piston kit, intended for compatible MS461 chainsaws and GS461 concrete cutting machines. It replaces the cylinder assembly marked with the number 1128 020 1250. The cylinder's working surface is coated with TITANIKEL, and it is supplied with a matching standard-design piston.

        This is the standard 52 mm cylinder version, not a kit with a Pop-Up piston. It is used to repair the cylinder assembly when the cylinder is scored, the piston is damaged, or the piston rings are worn. Choose the part according to the OEM number and engine design, not solely by cylinder bore.

    COMPATIBILITY

        Stihl chainsaws: MS461, MS461 R and MS461 Magnum, as well as corresponding heated-handle and Rescue variants that use the cylinder assembly 1128 020 1250.

        Stihl concrete cutting machines: GS461, using the same 52 mm cylinder and piston assembly.

        GS461 compatibility applies to the engine cylinder assembly, not the cutting equipment. Other parts must be selected according to the specific model being repaired. A common 52 mm cylinder bore does not mean this kit replaces any Stihl cylinder of that bore.

    KIT CONTENTS

        The kit includes a 52 mm TITANIKEL cylinder, a matching piston, two piston rings, a piston pin and its retaining circlips. Check the cylinder base gasket, piston pin bushing, decompression valve and other reusable parts separately.

        This is a HYWAY aftermarket replacement kit, not an original Stihl cylinder. It is intended to repair the cylinder assembly and is not a complete engine overhaul kit.

    BEFORE INSTALLATION

        Inspect the old parts and determine the cause of failure. Check the intake system, crankshaft oil seals, bearings, air filter and fuel supply. When repairing a concrete cutting machine, it is especially important to protect the exposed engine from abrasive dust.

        Clean the crankcase, check the sealing surfaces and use the piston supplied in the kit with its matched cylinder. Observe the correct piston orientation, ring positioning and bolt tightening sequence. After assembly, check engine sealing and carburetor adjustment.
