    HYWAY TITANIKEL 42,5 mm cylinder and piston kit for Stihl MS250 and 025 saws. Also used to convert compatible 023 and MS230 engines to a larger cylinder diameter. The kit includes cylinder, piston, rings, piston pin and retaining circlips. OEM equivalent: 1123 020 1209. 

  • This Stihl MS250 cylinder kit – is a 42,5 mm HYWAY TITANIKEL cylinder with a piston kit, designed for repairing compatible Stihl 025 and MS250 chainsaw engines.

    The kit is intended for replacing:

    Damaged cylinder
    Worn piston
    Worn or damaged piston rings

    1123 020 1209

    The cylinder working surface is coated with HYWAY TITANIKEL.

    This is a HYWAY manufactured replacement kit, not an original Stihl part.

    The kit includes:

    42,5 mm TITANIKEL cylinder
    Piston
    Piston rings
    Piston pin
    Piston pin retaining circlips

    Use the new cylinder with the matching-diameter piston supplied in the kit.

    What to check before installation

    Check:

    Piston pin needle bearing
    Crankshaft bearings
    Crankshaft oil seals
    Intake system
    Carburetor
    Fuel supply

    Before reassembly, identify the cause of the old cylinder's failure.

    During installation, protect the inside of the engine from dirt and metal particles.

    Follow the specific model repair instructions for:

    Piston orientation
    Ring position
    Cylinder sealing
    Bolt tightening
