• HYWAY TITANIKEL Husqvarna 372XP \/ 371XP \/ 365 \/ 362 cylinder kit 52 mm Big Bore - 503 93 93 72

HYWAY TITANIKEL 52 mm increased-diameter cylinder and piston kit for Husqvarna 372XP, 371XP and compatible older 365 and 362 models. Conventional-design piston, round intake coupling and hole for a decompression valve. Kit includes cylinder, piston, two rings, wrist pin and circlips. Not directly compatible with X-Torq engines. OEM comparison number: 503 93 93 72.

  •   This Husqvarna 372XP cylinder kit is a 52 mm HYWAY TITANIKEL increased-diameter cylinder with a piston kit, intended for older-design, non X-Torq engines. The cylinder bore surface is coated with TITANIKEL coating, and a conventional-design piston matched to it is supplied. OEM comparison number: 503 93 93 72.

This is the 52 mm Big Bore version, not the standard 50 mm cylinder or a kit with a Pop-Up piston. For saws with the original 50 mm cylinder this kit increases the cylinder diameter, and should therefore be considered an engine modification.

    COMPATIBILITY

Husqvarna chain saws: 362, 362XP, 362XP Special, 365, 365 Special, 371, 371XP, 372, 372XP and 372XPG. The engine designs and intake coupling conditions listed below apply.

        Jonsered chain saws: 2065, 2071, 2165, CS2165, 2171 and CS2171, using the respective older-design cylinder assembly.

Petrol cutter conversions: Husqvarna 371K and compatible 375K versions. Before fitting it is necessary to check the compatibility of the original cylinder, intake coupling and surrounding parts.

Older engines with an intake manifold fastened by screws require an appropriate round intake rubber and clamp. This kit is not a direct replacement for 365 X-Torq or 372 X-Torq cylinders. The saw model name alone is not sufficient to determine suitability.

    CONTENTS

The kit includes a 52 mm TITANIKEL cylinder, a piston matched to it, two piston rings, a piston pin and its circlips. The cylinder has a hole for a decompression valve, however this does not mean the valve itself is included. Evaluate required gaskets, bearings and intake parts separately.

    BEFORE INSTALLATION

Compare the cylinder base, intake coupling and the position of the decompression valve. Use the cylinder together with the piston supplied in the kit. The installing specialist must check mechanical clearances and the entire configuration of the modified engine.

Check the crankshaft bearings, oil seals, intake rubber and fuel system. Eliminate the cause of the previous failure, remove remaining metal particles from the engine and follow proper assembly and carburetor adjustment procedures.
