Cylinder kit for STIHL MS170 018 MS180 MS210CBE chainsaws

This STIHL MS180 cylinder kit – a comprehensive „Winzor PRO“ engine repair set with a 38mm cylinder and a 10mm piston pin. It is designed to replace the damaged cylinder assembly of compatible STIHL 018 and MS180 chainsaws. Replacement part number – 1130 020 1208.

Standard STIHL MS210 and 021 engines use a different 40mm cylinder and the 1123 series part number. Therefore this 38mm kit should not be chosen for an MS210 chainsaw based only on an unverified model list.

Before installation check the crankshaft, connecting rod, bearings, carburetor and intake system sealing. Older STIHL 018 versions may use different cylinder parts, so it is necessary to compare the old cylinder, the piston pin diameter and the part number.

When installing the STIHL MS180 cylinder kit, thoroughly clean the crankcase surfaces. Lubricate the piston, rings and cylinder with clean two-stroke engine oil before assembly.
