Cylinder kit for Chinese trimmer 40mm H169 40-5 BC415B C520 (metal box)

This H169 cylinder kit – a comprehensive „Winzor PRO“ cylinder group repair set, designed for compatible 43 cm³ brushcutters and trimmers with a 40mm cylinder. In addition, the metal box protects the parts during transport and storage.

Generic model names do not always precisely indicate the engine version. Therefore compare the cylinder diameter, base, mounting holes, intake port and muffler mounting.

The graphite coating helps reduce friction during the initial break-in. Additionally, the new gaskets allow assembling the engine without reusing old sealing parts.

Before installing the H169 cylinder kit, check the crankshaft bearings, connecting rod, intake manifold, carburetor and air filter. Also clean the cooling fins and check the fuel mixture.

When assembling, lubricate the piston, rings, bearing and cylinder with two-stroke engine oil. Finally, check compression and carburetor adjustment.
