Cylinder kit for Chinese petrol chainsaw 5800 (D45.2) PRO

This 5800 cylinder kit – is a comprehensive „Winzor PRO“ cylinder assembly designed for compatible 5800-type 58 cm³ chainsaws with a 45,2mm cylinder. The kit replaces a scratched cylinder, a damaged piston and worn sealing components.

The 5800 model number is used by several manufacturers. However, cylinders from different versions do not always match. Therefore compare the cylinder base, mounting holes, ports, intake connection and exhaust port.

The graphite coating helps reduce piston friction during the initial running-in period. In addition, the metal gaskets have a heat-resistant coating.

Before installing the 5800 cylinder kit, check the crankshaft, connecting rod and bearings. Also check the intake connection, fuel line, carburetor and cooling fins.

When assembling, lubricate the piston, rings, bearing and cylinder with two-stroke engine oil. Finally, check the crankcase sealing and properly adjust the carburetor.
