Cylinder and piston kit for 5800 gasoline chainsaw (D45.2) PRO (metal box)

This 5800 engine repair kit combines the 45,2mm „Winzor PRO“ cylinder assembly and the main sealing and mounting parts. It is intended for compatible 5800-type 58 cm³ gasoline chainsaws. In addition, the metal box protects the parts during transport and while stored in workshops.

The same model number does not always mean the same cylinder design. Therefore compare the cylinder base, mounting holes, intake port and the exhaust mounting.

The graphite coating helps reduce friction during the initial break-in. Also, the new seals and gaskets help to more thoroughly restore engine sealing.

Before installation, check the crankshaft, bearings, connecting rod, intake manifold and carburetor. Finally, check the crankcase sealing and adjust the carburetor.
