Cutting head for electric trimmers / brushcutters

This electric trimmer cutting head – a replaceable line head designed for compatible electric trimmers and brushcutters. It is used to replace a cracked, worn, or otherwise failing line head that no longer holds the line properly.

The cutting line is held in the head and rotates together with the tool's output shaft. As it spins, the line cuts grass, weeds and other light vegetation. However, the head must match the specific trimmer's mounting and rotation direction.

Do not automatically consider this head universal. Electric trimmers use different threads, shafts, gearbox couplings and head fastening methods. Therefore, before ordering, compare the new part with the removed head.

Mounting and Use

The cutting head shown in the photos is sold. Trimmer line, adapters, washers, nuts and tools are not included unless they are clearly visible in the product photos.

Before installation disconnect the electric trimmer from the power supply or remove the battery. Then check the drive shaft, thread, washers and the protective guard.

Attach the head according to the thread direction. Also, make sure it rotates freely and does not touch the guard. Do not use a thicker or longer line than allowed by the trimmer manufacturer, as this may overload the electric motor.
