Chinese brushcutter / trimmer cylinder kit 44mm

This 44mm brushcutter cylinder kit contains the main parts needed to repair the cylinder assembly of a compatible 52 cm³ two-stroke brushcutter or trimmer. „Winzor“ manufactures this kit as a non-original spare part for commonly used Chinese-design engines.

Manufacturers sell the same engines under different names. Therefore, before ordering, compare the cylinder diameter, mounting holes, intake port and the muffler mounting position.

Complete repair kit

The kit contains:

44mm cylinder

Piston pin and retainers
Needle bearing
Cylinder and muffler gaskets

Engine seal

Since the kit includes the main mounting parts, you don't need to reuse old compressed gaskets. Additionally, the new gaskets help create a tight seal between the cylinder, intake system and muffler.

Before installation, check the crankshaft, bearings, connecting rod, carburettor joint and air filter. Also eliminate the cause that damaged the old cylinder.
