This Husqvarna 445 carburetor – is a non-original replacement part intended for selected Husqvarna 445 and 450 series chain saws and compatible Jonsered CS2245 and CS2250 models. The carburetor is used to replace a worn, clogged or damaged part when the engine no longer receives the correct fuel and air mixture.

In the Husqvarna parts catalog, the C1M-EL37B carburetor is specified for this design, with number 506 45 04-01. A later replacement number – 531 21 56-01. However, different versions were used in separate production periods, so before ordering it is necessary to compare the part number and the carburetor construction.

Before ordering, compare the mounting holes, intake side, air filter connection, throttle lever, choke mechanism and the fuel line connection points. Also, it is important to check the fuel return and priming system connections.

The same chainsaw model may have different carburetors because the manufacturer used several construction versions. Therefore, the model name alone is not always sufficient.

Before installation, check the intake manifolds, impulse channel, fuel lines, fuel filter and air filter. Also ensure that there are no air leaks in the engine. A leaking intake system can create an overly lean mixture even when the carburetor is functioning properly.
